I’m Mia Dooley – a certified Business Coach with nearly 30 years of senior leadership experience across major brands like Boots, Bupa, and Dyson. Throughout my corporate journey, I led high-performing teams, delivered big results, and navigated change at pace. But I always knew I wanted to make a more personal impact.
That’s why I created Mia Dooley Coaching – a business built on clarity, structure and straight-talking support for small business owners who are ready to grow, but don’t want to do it alone.
After training with the Entrepreneurs Circle, I combined proven systems with everything I’ve learnt over three decades leading successful teams and businesses. Now I work 1:1 with business owners who want more focus, better marketing, and – most importantly; consistent, predictable profit.
